Meet the team: Anthony Kay
Anthony is a talented rider, instructor and horseman. He currently competes on his horse Assegai Sherman in the open classes. He was a member of the Eastern Cape Show Jumping Team for ten consecutive years, as well as multiple winner of the Eastern Cape Show jumping Championship. He has jumped numerous horses at open level with great success. He is also a National Equitation judge. Originally from East London but now based in Port Elizabeth, Anthony has been an extremely successful instructor. He has produced a number of top Junior and Child Riders, this includes Tyla Rademacher winner of the 2012 Pony Rider Show Jumping Champs and 2012 Pony Rider Grand Prix and now a junior open rider, Aj Rademacher winner of the 2012 Stal van Dacraen Competition, Chris van der Merve very successful Child, Junior and Adult rider and this is to name a few. A very high percentage of pupils achieve success at top level and Anthony's hard work and thorough training methods are responsible for this. Anthony has a keen eye for potential in horses for the specific disciplines as well as the ability to match the rider with the 'right' horse for their specific needs. He has been instrumental in matching a vast number of successful combinations.
